People are less inclined to plan a party with friends to sing private-suite karaoke on weeknights, which is why Voicebox tasked Fish to help increase bookings during these challenging nights. We brainstormed fun, engaging, unique promotions for each weekday that would inspire guests to book. SINGO, anyone? Or perhaps a Neverending Happy Hour? Then, in addition to our paid advertising efforts, we created signage to be displayed in all locations so guests knew to come back on weeknights to continue the party!
Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel was struggling to stand out in a highly competitive market in Washington’s South Sound. In the first of a multi-phased approach, Fish strategized and created a campaign focused on their most prominent benefit—their friendly staff. To do so, we started with a new tagline inspired and validated by market research that positioned them as the “Cheers” of the casino world—“Where everybody knows your game.” Then, we blanketed the region with a comprehensive, multi-faceted brand awareness campaign including out-of-home, print, radio and TV spots that highlighted the close relationship between Lucky Eagle staff and guests.
At Fish, omnichannel marketing means exactly that...and more. When we created a campaign that connected Subaru retailers with ski resorts, it didn't stop at a traditional and digital media campaign. It didn't stop with resort signage and dealership POP. It didn't even stop with social media and email marketing. Nope. We custom wrapped the entire fleet of Timberline and Skibowl's Subaru vehicles.
Snowbasin Resort came to Fish looking for help changing their brand perception. While the resort is just 45 minutes from Salt Lake City, it's a little farther than resorts like Alta and Snowbird. Fish developed an omnichannel campaign to educate skiers and snowboarders about the resort's true proximity. The campaign also stressed that it's worth the drive, with a family-friendly atmosphere and a long list of amenities reminiscent of their sister company, Sun Valley Resort.
Hallmark Oceanfront Resorts’ incredible locations in Cannon Beach and Newport, coupled with the incredibly gorgeous panoramic ocean views, are best experienced in person, obviously. But to bring the experience to those who haven’t yet been there, Fish went to each property for a few days and created a video for each. (It was a tough job.) We've since been able to ultilize these videos across many different platforms, including their website, YouTube, digital advertising and email.
Laughing Planet, Portland’s beloved local quick-service restaurant, has joined the Fish roster. With their historically most challenging season - the holidays - approaching, Laughing Planet asked us to create a robust digital marketing campaign that was focused on their key customer groups. The inbound marketing team at Fish got to work and created a comprehensive digital marketing plan executed across several platforms culminating with message-specific landing pages on laughingplanetcafe.com. More and more new customers are falling for Laughing Planet’s nutritious, affordable and delicious cuisine as we enter the next season!
The Old Spaghetti Factory was started in 1969 by Guss and Sally Dussin. To celebrate 50 years and 42 locations, this Portland-based, family-owned restaurant group hired Fish to help them create a year-long campaign to tell their brand story, engage their customer base and drive sales. Just one element of the campaign was this placemat that used quirky facts and infographics to tell their 50-year history in a fun and engaging way.
